Board of Elders

Our Redeemer Lutheran Church Elders are assistants to Pastor Signore in meeting the spiritual needs of the congregation. Elders are not a replacement for the Pastor, but a second set of eyes, ears, and hands for the Pastor in ministering the congregation. Every active member of the congregation is provided an elder to assist in any spiritual needs or concerns and to maintain harmony amongst the congregation. The Elders are present at all worship services to ensure relevant and appropriate doctrine and music for the Divine Services. Elders also assist with Communion, visit the sick and shut in and oversee the Parish Health Ministry, Music Ministry, Altar Guild, Audio Visual Dept., Ushers and office staff.
